Eva Ballerina

Eva took a class called Ballerina Beauties. Each week they would act out a fairy tale using dance, most particularly, elements of ballet. She loved it! For the recital they learned a dance to the song "Love Potion #9". It was adorable! The pictures below are from her recital day as well as some from dress rehearsal.

Eva was first in line as the teacher walked the girls on stage. The only problem was... the other girls didn't follow! So there was Eva, alone on the stage in front of the whole audience. Now this is where I may have gotten so nervous I may have cried or left the stage. Eva, however, gave a big smile and waved to the crowd. The audience loved it!

The motion they did during the line love potion #9 was an adorable little wiggle. She would get so excited when she did this that she would jump up and down afterward.

Little Miss Smarty Pants was just accepted into the National Junior Honor Society. Good job kiddo! She has certainly earned it with her hard work and dedication. I try to sneak off to bed and she makes me come back to quiz her for the next test! I am very proud of you, El.

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY TO MY MOM!!!

If there is one phrase that I remember my Mom using growing up it would be,

"Pretty is as pretty does."

From the pictures below you will see that my Mom (aka Pat, Patty, Gramma Pat) is indeed quite beautiful... however, she is even more beautiful on the inside.

She is a patient, kind, and loving mom. I always knew I was loved beyond measure. Mom often compliments me on my abilities as a mom. I learned it all from her. She doesn't think this is so. But it is.

Easter (part three) the end of the trilogy.

Easter is almost here. One day left. Rex and Mom are in the kitchen getting prepped for the big Easter dinner. Eva and El were a HUGE help!
