Easter (part three) the end of the trilogy.

Easter is almost here. One day left. Rex and Mom are in the kitchen getting prepped for the big Easter dinner. Eva and El were a HUGE help!

Eva is peeling the garlic.

El sautes' the onions and zucchini.

Rex is sneaking in a beer break. Why not with all the sous chefs around!

Happy Easter (part two)

Eva and El colored eggs.

Eva discovered that she could pick up a layer of water in her egg dipper and then blow it out like a bubble.

Then El took Eva to draw some Easter decorations while I cleaned up from egg dying and got ready for cookie baking.

Eva was the judge for who decorated the better cookie between el and me. She chose El's cookie each time except one. That time she thought my cookie was El's!

More Pre-school lessons

Eva is planting some flower seeds.

We have been studying life-cycles. First she raised the butterflies and now

hoping to have some sweet smelling flowers.

Spring time

We have enjoyed walking the trails now that the weather is so nice. We have a couple spots we enjoy. There is the pond where the girls can dig for fossils. They also enjoy the bench swing.

This is the carnival at Bee Cave Elementary.

Mallory and Eva were hanging out, having fun,

while El enjoyed the bungy trampoliny thingy.

Happy Easter! (part one)

This is one of our pre-Easter activities. Our community had an Easter Egg Hunt for the kids a couple weeks before Easter. This is Eva doing her model moves to show off her beautiful dress.

Part of the activities included holding baby bunnies, chicks, and even a little hedgehog. Eva loved her little bunny and would only hold this one.

El and Todd found the lemonade and cotton candy!

Eva is on the hunt! She has on her balloon fairy wings.

Butter Beer

El is our resident beer brewer. Butter Beer that is. For those of you not familiar with the wizarding world of Harry Potter, Butter Beer is a popular non-alcoholic drink. El has been brewing it at home ever since we tried it at Universal Studios.

It is delicious!!!

Eva iTouch

This is five of about 5,000 pictures Eva has taken of herself on her iTouch. The iTouch (which I told her she was too young to have) has been a lifesaver. It keeps her entertained during all those "boring" times. She now has an app to change the look of pictures. I'll post some of those after the next download.
